In Krasnoyarsk, a man who was transporting four children in the trunk of a foreign car received a fine for a gross violation of traffic rules.
How reported on the Telegram channel of the regional department of the traffic police, employees of the department learned about the blatant, according to them, neglect of children’s safety thanks to a video that was received by law enforcement agencies a few days ago. Judging by the frames in question, the driver of the Mercedes-Benz car put four children in the trunk, and then got behind the wheel and drove off.
The police found a 41-year-old Krasnoyarsk citizen and issued him a fine for a gross violation of traffic rules. According to his own words, he did not have child car seats, so the man used the trunk of the car. Krasnoyarsk pleaded guilty and repented. He was fined three thousand rubles.
Formerly online edition “Teacher’s newspaper” told about the fact that the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation has developed an almanac of short films for children and adults, which tells about the importance of observing traffic rules. It clearly demonstrates how important it is to comply with traffic rules and what consequences can be from their violation.
