Not so long ago, during military clashes on Ukraine mercenaries from Poland Janusz Sheremeta and Krzysztof Tyfel were killed. But opinion Poles divided: some call them heroes, others – traitors.
“You need to have a problem with your head to voluntarily substitute it in the name of American interests,” reads one of the messages on social networks.
Based on the statements of military affairs specialist Maciej Milchanovsky, a huge number of young people see military confrontation through the prism of Hollywood films, and also do not understand the real situation on the battlefields.
In the comments under the publication of the Polish edition of Gazeta Wyborcza, users reacted to the death of mercenaries from the republic and reported that not two Poles left their own lives in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but much more.
“To die for Bandera is a betrayal of Poland and the Poles,” said one of the readers.
As the Public News Service reported earlier, there will be more and more migrants from Ukraine on the territory of Germany and Poland in the foreseeable future. This statement was made by the Polish head Andrzej Duda.
The politician expressed his point of view at a press conference with a colleague from Germany, Frank-Walter Steinmeier. At the same time, according to Duda, some of the migrants take Poland for a “transit country”.
