Peskov: Russia expects to continue the evacuation of Russians from the Gaza Strip

The Russian Federation hopes that work on the evacuation of all Russian citizens from the Gaza Strip will continue. Russian forces will have to work hard and for a long time in this direction. The corresponding statement was made to reporters by the press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.

Previously Public News Service reportedthat doctors from the FCMC of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation conducted a medical examination of 70 Russian citizens who were evacuated from the Gaza Strip some time ago. Doctors said that they were in satisfactory condition and were cleared for the Cairo-Moscow flight. This was reported in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Health.

Also reportedthat at least 421 citizens of another state, as well as one person with dual citizenship, were included in the lists for evacuation from the Gaza Strip. They will be able to leave the enclave towards Egypt through the Rafah checkpoint. The relevant information was provided in a statement by the border guards of the Palestinian enclave.
