AT Moscow delayed or canceled more than 40 flights on Saturday, December 17. This follows from the online scoreboard data.

So, six planes never took off from Sheremetyevo, one from Domodedovo, and ten from Vnukovo. Six, 12 and six flights were delayed respectively.

Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia Roman Vilfand spoke about weather in Moscow this coming weekend. According to him, snowfalls in the capital will not stop. As a result, by Monday, record high snowdrifts will grow, as in 1941.
