Red caviar is a tasty and healthy delicacy, but experts do not recommend using it in an immense amount. Otherwise, the body can be inflicted irreparable harm. About what should be the allowable daily portion of caviar, so that it not only satisfies gastronomic addictions, but also benefits, said a nutritionist Mikhail Ginzburg in a conversation with “Evening Moscow”.

The expert noted that red caviar is often faked, it contains a lot of salt, and besides, it is very expensive.

According to the doctor, caviar is categorically not recommended for people with arterial hypertension, allergies, type 2 diabetes and obesity.

The rest are allowed to eat no more than 20 grams of the product per day. The daily portion for a child, if he has a good tolerance for red caviar, should not exceed 15 grams.

And up to three years, children should not be given this product at all, the specialist concluded.
