A one-year-old girl died in a hospital in Chita. She got there with signs of an infectious disease. The Investigative Committee opened a case on the fact of improper performance of professional duties against employees of the city hospital, the press service of the Investigative Committee of the RF Investigative Committee for the Trans-Baikal Territory reports.
The girl was admitted to the Regional Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital of the city on January 9. Previously, she was observed at the place of residence in the village of Gorny. In Chita, she was diagnosed with signs of infectious disease, but the doctors could not help her.
At the moment, investigators are checking and are going to give a legal assessment of the actions of medical workers.
Earlier it was reported that investigators of the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case in Altai because of the death of a seven-year-old boy in a district hospital.
