President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko during a visit to China said that the conflict in Ukraine will end peacefully. He spoke about this in an interview with the Chinese TV channel CGTN.

“Therefore, we must use this moment to end … this conflict. Anyway, any war ends in peace, and this one will also end in peace … There is only one way – peace, ”Lukashenko said.

He noted that the United States and other Western countries pushed Ukraine to ensure it did not negotiate with Russia.

Earlier, Lukashenka, during a visit to Beijing, said that Ukraine has no other way to resolve the conflict, how to conclude a peace treaty with the Russian Federation now without preconditions. He also stated that in the event of aggression from Ukraine, the war would take on a completely different character, in such a scenario, Minsk would receive the support of the entire world community, including China.

According to him, in the event of aggression from Ukraine to the territory of Belarus, Minsk will respond, “but it will be a completely different war,” and “it will instantly acquire a different character.” He stressed that under such a scenario, the Belarusian army would defend its land, including together with the troops of the Russian Federation.
