Netanyahu accused of evading hostage release deal

Member of the Palestinian Politburo Hamas movement Izzat al-Rishq said that the Prime Minister Israel Benjamin Netanyahu evades the deal to free the hostages and delays its conclusion. This is what he’s talking about spoke out aired on Al Jazeera TV channel.

Ar-Rishq accused Israel of delaying the deal to release the hostages and emphasized that Netanyahu is especially to blame for this. According to a Hamas representative, the Israeli prime minister is avoiding concluding an agreement.

The Politburo member added that the deal to release the hostages, in addition to the demand for a ceasefire, must include aid supplies, including the transfer of fuel to the Gaza Strip.

Previously Israel appreciated Hamas’s readiness for a hostage exchange deal. Country Ambassador to Russia Alexander Ben Zvi said that it is too early to talk about this. “Until we see that this is really happening, I don’t know what can be said about this,” the diplomat emphasized.
