In the city of Balakovo, Saratov Region, the crew of the State traffic inspectorate was patrolling the streets at night when noticed at a public transport stop of a four-year-old child. It was late at night, the buses had not run for a long time. The boy was outside without outerwear and shoes. It should be noted that tonight the temperature in Balakovo dropped to minus 9-11 degrees.

The inspectors examined the boy, taking into account his physical condition, they immediately took him to the nearest police station. And already there they called an ambulance. The doctors decided to take the child to the hospital. According to them, now his condition is assessed as satisfactory.

The most interesting thing is that an hour after the inspectors found a four-year-old boy on the street, the police received a message about his disappearance. It turned out that the child’s parents were divorced. The mother, who is only 22 years old, is raising her son. The family has never been registered with the PND.

Later, the mother told the police that she put the baby to bed. After making sure that he fell asleep, she went with her roommate to the street for a drink. She came home only at about 4 o’clock in the morning. Seeing that her son was not at home, she immediately contacted the police.

According to the press service of the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Saratov region, a report on an administrative offense was drawn up against the mother of a four-year-old child. The issue of initiating a criminal case is being resolved.

Earlier today it became known that the court obliged the transport company to pay 40 thousand rubles in favor of the child, whom the bus driver left in the cold. The incident took place in the Kirov region in March of this year. The driver did not take the first-grader to the stop he needed and drove him out into the cold. At the same time, there was no information that the eight-year-old boy did not pay the fare.
