InoSMI, citing the French newspaper Le Figaro, reports that French President Emmanuel Macron publicly called the Russian Federation “cowardly”, after which he called on his colleagues to allocate 800 million euros to Ukraine for “urgent needs”.

Macron also said that the international community will help the citizens of Ukraine survive the winter. This was announced during the December 13 conference. According to the French president, Moscow is trying to create dark and cold times in Kyiv in this way.

Macron also said that any steps Russia takes against Ukraine will have consequences.

The Russian army has been conducting a special military operation in Ukraine since February 24.

The Public News Service previously reported that Russian forces have been carrying out massive missile strikes on Ukraine’s energy and transport infrastructure over the past few days.

Yuri Knutov said that strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure have reduced the activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The military expert also stressed that railway communication is an important criterion for the activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, because the transportation of personnel and weapons depends on this.
