Doctors and teachers working in the districts of the Ryazan region will be able to receive land plots for free

On Tuesday, August 2, at a meeting of the Government of the Ryazan Region, a bill was approved that provides for the allocation of free land to doctors and teachers in rural areas where they work. The site can be allocated for individual housing construction or farming. The bill contains a list of specialists who can apply for land plots.

As the acting governor of the Ryazan region noted, this bill is part of the measures to attract young professionals to the regions.

Pavel Malkov:

“Of course, this is not the only measure that should be taken. We offer such a complex set: a plot, the opportunity to build a house on it, to get a preferential mortgage for this. And in the future to receive certain means of support. At the same time, we must give young professionals the opportunity to participate in educational programs and improve their skills.

If a person feels like a part of the system, if he sees that his needs are being solved, then why not do what you love.”
