Restoring the agricultural sector to pre-war levels will take two to three years. This was stated by the First Deputy Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food Ukraine Taras Vysotsky. About it writes RIA Novosti.

“If we talk about pre-war indicators, the full restoration of our agriculture will take about 2-3 years, depending on the type of production,” Vysotsky said.

He noted that the agricultural sector of Ukraine will face difficulties during the sowing season due to the need to clear the fields and power outages.

The Deputy Minister said that one of the strategies for solving the problem of energy supply for production is to provide it with generators, which will ultimately affect the cost of production. “According to our calculations, we expect an increase of about 3-5%,” Vysotsky said.
