The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) shelled the Voroshilovsky district of Donetsk, follows from the statement of the mayor of the city Alexey Kulemzin.

According to him, emergency services specialists recorded a direct hit by a Ukrainian shell on the roof of the building where the Republican Art Museum is located.

“Glasses flew out in large numbers in the library named after Krupskaya,” the head of Donetsk added.

Kulemzin previously reported that Ukrainian troops hit the Proletarian district of the city. As the mayor explained, as a result of the shelling, six residential buildings, a gas pipe and a power line were damaged. In addition, he added that the glazing of the church along Robespierre Street was damaged.
