Korablinsky district was visited by the commission for the improvement of settlements

In the Ryazan region, the competition “The most comfortable settlement of the Ryazan region” is annually held. This year, the administration of the Korablinsky urban settlement applied for participation in it. And on August 2, a commission visited the city to inspect public areas and evaluate what has already been done.

Olga ChernyakHead of the Department of Organizational and Personnel Work of the Ministry for Territories and Information Policy of the Ryazan Region:

“The purpose of the competition is to identify the most comfortable settlement. Our commission is made up of representatives of all central executive bodies of state power: the Ministry of Fuel and Energy Complex and Housing and Communal Services of the region, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning. There have been many applications this year. The commission will visit the districts twice a week. The winner will receive a decent prize fund. The money will go towards further landscaping.

Today we started our work with a visit to Starozhilovo. We visited Pehlets. Ahead – Ryazhsky, Ukholovsky, Alexander Nevsky districts. It is good when the maximum number of settlements takes part in the competition, as, for example, in the Mikhailovsky district. All localities applied there both last year and this year. Let not everyone win, but this is an incentive for work and, of course, a chance. You, I see, were preparing for our arrival. We are very happy about it.”

Vyacheslav Ermakovhead of the city administration:

“Today is the first day of the commission’s work. She visited the city, Berezovy parks, Veterans Alley, Victory Square. The greatest impression on the guests was made by Berezovy Park, which we landscaped thanks to the victory in the All-Russian competition of small towns and historical settlements. If we are lucky and we win this competition, then we will continue the improvement of the city park and courtyards with the prize money.”
