In the Krasnodar Territory, an investigation into the case against former acting chairman judge Irina Dadash was completed. She was accused of fraud on an especially large scale. This was reported on December 15 in the press service of the RF IC.
Irina Dadash held a post in the Belorechensky District Court. According to investigators, three years ago, in April, a woman received a large bribe for “assistance” in the investigation of a criminal case. She was paid 560 thousand dollars.
As the department later established, Dadash could not influence the course of the investigation in any way and was not going to do so. She simply took the money and used it as she saw fit.
It is noted that Dadash is currently in custody, and her property has been seized. The criminal case with the indictment was submitted to the court.
Earlier, the heads of two departments, as well as the chief analyst of the government of the Moscow region, were detained in a criminal case about bribery. According to investigators, they issued permits for the construction of non-residential facilities for a fee. They, in particular, are suspected of illegally agreeing on the construction of warehouses in the village of Gorki Leninskie.
