In the Irkutsk region, investigators opened criminal case against a 45-year-old Russian who is accused of of death his 75 year old mother. This was reported by the press service of the regional government. Investigative Committee.
It is reported that the incident happened on December 6 this year in the village of Novoe Prirechye in the Bratsk district. The accused, being in a state of alcoholic intoxication, threw an elderly woman off the bed, and then severely beat her and went to bed. As a result, the pensioner died from her injuries.
At the moment, on the fact of the incident, a case has been initiated under the article “Causing grievous bodily harm, resulting in the death of the victim through negligence” of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Recall that in Saratov, a court sentenced 34-year-old local resident Artyom Kireev to 19 years in prison – he is accused of murdering and dismembering his parents aged 56 and 57.
