The head of the German-French group of defense companies KNDS, Frank Haun, said that Germany there are major difficulties with equipment.
“NATO maintains its defense capability because it has a strong partner in the US. And the Bundeswehr used to have 2 thousand Leopard 2 tanks, and now only 300,” he said in an interview with the Süddeutsche Zeitung.
Haun stressed that the Armed Forces Germany “almost everything” is missing.
