Chapter German Foreign Ministry Annalena Burbock believes that hostilities on the territory of Ukraine cannot be stopped on Russia’s terms. The minister announced this in an interview with Bild am Sonntag*.
According to Burbock, the end of hostilities on Russian terms will not stop “horror for the population of Ukraine, but vice versa.”
Burbock believes that a cease-fire in the current situation is not to be expected. She is sure that everything here depends entirely on the Russian president. Vladimir Putin.
“Putin only needs to give his soldiers the order to retreat. But, unfortunately, there are all sorts of signs, but not this,” Burbock added.
