Head of the Prime Minister’s Office Hungary Gergely Guiyash announced the absence of special relations between Budapest and Moscow, as well as between the leaders of these countries – Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and Russian President Vladimir Putin. It is reported by TASS.

According to Gouyash, the Western media sometimes present Hungary as practically an ally of Russia.

“Since our political opponents are not interested in speaking honestly about this, the European press is trying to slander Hungary, claiming that there is some special relationship between Hungary and Russia, between Putin and the Prime Minister, while there is none” , – the news agency cites a commentary by the head of the office of the Hungarian prime minister.

Earlier, the Public News Service reported that Hungary asked the European Union to exclude some Russian citizens from the sanctions list. While there is no clarification, we are talking about sanctions already adopted or about those that are being prepared now.
