Residents of St. Petersburg, who nevertheless managed to leave their homes, faced another problem: paid parking lots in the center are used to store snow. Because of this, citizens have to leave their cars on the road.
Smolny is aware of the problem with blockages in parking lots, wrote “Fountain”. The Transportation Committee said that such cases are corrected.
In addition, in St. Petersburg, snow was removed from the roofs of houses at the risk to the townspeople. On Izmailovsky Prospekt, next to the Varshavsky Express shopping center, public utilities threw him off the roof without putting up fences. Snow along with ice fell on passers-by, eyewitnesses say.

But they also had problems: in the morning, a snowplow knocked down a pole and blocked the passage on Kamennoostrovsky Prospekt for four hours. Petersburger Alexey Bezborodov wrote in his telegram channel that after the accident the driver immediately left, and the traffic police did not come for the car for four hours.
