Hamas expressed readiness to release 50 hostages

The Palestinian group Hamas has promised to release 50 hostages in exchange for a five-day truce. About it writes newspaper The Wall Street Journal.

According to the publication, negotiations for the release of hostages are being conducted through mediation USA, Egypt And Qatar. It is clarified that according to one of the deal scenarios, on the first day of the truce, Hamas will release 50 women and children, after which 10 hostages will be released daily.

According to sources, Hamas guarantees that mothers will not be separated from their children. They want to take some of the hostages to the Rafah checkpoint.
