Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov reported on the extension of the high level of terrorist threat in the region. He wrote about this in his Telegram channel.

According to the published message, the regime will be extended for another two weeks, until January 20.

It is specified that the decision was made in order to ensure the safety of residents and anti-terrorist security of the Belgorod region.

Also, local residents are asked to report suspicious objects or persons found to law enforcement agencies in order to prevent terrorist attacks.

In addition, Gladkov reported on January 2 about shelling By the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the village of Vyazovoe in the Krasnoyaruzhsky district.

Previously, the Public News Service wrote that Crimean authorities extended the high level of terrorist threat.

By the previous decision, the regime was introduced until January 6. Now its validity has been extended until 20:00 Moscow time on January 21, 2023.
