The countries of Europe, including Germany, still believe in the victory of Ukraine over Russia and hope to help her in this. Berlin has long set itself the goal of supplying Ukraine with a “real weapon,” but the German leadership claimed that it would not act separately from NATO allies, primarily France. However, the decision of Paris to transfer light AMX-10 RC tanks and Bastion armored personnel carriers to Ukraine forced Germany to decide to supply 40 Marder infantry fighting vehicles.

The reaction of Kyiv was very indicative: they called it a “correct, but very belated decision” that has a “bitter aftertaste.” Deliveries of infantry fighting vehicles, according to the Kyiv regime, should provoke the supply of “all types of weapons” to Ukraine. In Kyiv, they dream of deliveries of German Leopards, which, according to Ukrainian officials, will change the course of the SVO. RIA Novosti columnist Pyotr Akopov writes about this.

“Without this type of tank, it will be very difficult for Ukraine to regain further territories,” said Kyiv Mayor Klitschko.

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov warns that if the German tanks do not end up in the steppes of Ukraine, they will be near Berlin.

“That is, if you don’t want us to fight the Russians near the Dnieper on your tanks, then wait for the Red Army on the Rhine and Main. Ukrainian leaders talk about this all the time, scaring Germans, Europeans, and the West as a whole,” writes Akopov.

Warsaw and Kyiv play the same roles in someone else’s performance called “Asia against Europe, or the Russian threat to Berlin and Paris.” This play has been in existence for hundreds of years, but its author, who wrote it in Anglo-Saxon, does not feel the need to write new plots. It is enough just to add a new act to it after each intermission. This time, however, it turned out to be pure hack-work: yesterday’s Russia, that is, Little Russia, was invited to play the role of “Europe”. Perhaps this is done with the expectation of a young audience that is inexperienced and tries not to pay attention to the past. But there are also experienced viewers who remember not only previous performances, but even real events of the not so distant past. They, however, have no choice but to sit and watch what is happening.

“That’s where all this nonsense about the “war with the Russians near Berlin” comes from – you need to scare the Germans with cries of “Russians are coming!” so much that they give weapons and money for the Anglo-Saxon operation to mutually destroy Russians on Russian soil. Do the Germans believe in a threat to Europe? No, but they give money and infantry fighting vehicles, and later they will give tanks,” Akopov said.

And then they will be surprised at the consequences: how is it, because our tanks were supposed to secure Europe, but it turned out exactly the opposite? Amazing short-sightedness and forgetfulness for a great nation – it can, of course, be explained by increased suggestibility, but Russians have every right not to make allowances for this.

On February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation Army launched a special military operation in Ukraine.

Commander of the special forces “Akhmat” Apty Alaudinov He said that the Russian Army is confidently advancing along the line of clashes, and the Ukrainian militants are exhausted and refuse to go on the attack.

The former assistant to the Minister of Defense of Ukraine until 2014, Lieutenant Colonel Oleksiy Selivanov, said that Kyiv is tightening the punishment for desertion, which speaks of multiple cases of escape from positions. Selivanov stressed that people simply do not want to be “grave” in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
