The head of the German Foreign Ministry, Annalena Burbock, called the position unacceptable, according to which Serbia wants to put his strength into Kosovo. She wrote about this on her social networks.
The head of the Foreign Ministry expressed the following opinion: “Kosovo has reduced tension by postponing local elections. Recent rhetoric from Serbia encourages the opposite. The proposal to send Serbian forces to Kosovo is completely unacceptable.”
As previously reported by the Public News Service, the National Security Council of Serbia calls on Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija not to join conflicts with members of the EU rule of law missions, as well as NATO KFOR representatives. This statement was made by the head of the republic Alexander Vučić.
Recall that the President convened the Security Council of the country on the evening of December 11, after the “head of the Cabinet” of the so-called Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, turned to the NATO KFOR contingent with a request to remove Kosovo Serb barricades from the roads in the north of the region. According to him, if the command of the North Atlantic bloc refuses, the Kosovo security forces are ready to start the operation on their own.
Vučić drew attention to the fact that, according to the republic’s special services, the Kosovo Albanian forces could carry out a provocation and, under the guise of protesters, attack KFOR and EULEX.
