Representatives of “Gazprom” reported that part of the Russian gas intended for Moldova, remains in Ukraine. Because of this, supplies may be reduced, reports EADaily.

“Gazprom fixes the settling of Russian gas in Ukraine, intended for delivery to Moldovan consumers under a contract with the Moldovagaz company,” Gazprom reports.

It is reported that the volume of gas supplied by Gazprom to the Sudzha GIS for delivery to Moldova in transit through Ukraine exceeds the physical volume transferred at the border of Ukraine with Moldova.

Expert of the Financial University under the Government Igor Yushkov previously explained that about 42-43 million cubic meters per day passes through Ukraine.
