Starting from the new academic year, the list of vocational guidance classes will expand in DPR schools through the development of an entrepreneurial direction. Currently, engineering, medical and pedagogical classes work in the schools of the republic. From September 1, 2023, the Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR, together with the Donetsk National University of Economics and Trade, will open entrepreneurial classes in secondary education institutions. This was told by the Minister of Education and Science of the DPR Olga Koludarova, reports TASS.

A project to create an engineering test site is already being successfully implemented in the republic, where it is possible to engage in, among other things, genetic research. The partner in the development of this area is the educational center “Sirius”, and one of the sites of the project was the botanical garden. Schoolchildren and students are actively involved in research.

Formerly online edition “Teacher’s newspaper” reportedthat most schoolchildren see their future in creative technologies. The top five most preferred professions included medicine and health, as well as science and education. Until the end of this year, the Ministry of Education of Russia plans create a working group on the development of engineering education. It is expected that at the beginning of 2023 it will approve the concept of a new comprehensive program.
