The verification process is as follows: for example, a chain of stores has hired a person. Such an employee goes to the store, makes an order, communicates with the staff. Sometimes he is given instructions: to check a specific thing or ask specific questions. All this can be recorded on a voice recorder.

The mystery shopper passes all the results of the check to the company that hired him. He can even complete a certain survey.

The main task is to check everything that the company requires and remain invisible.
