Conscript Artem Bulatov served in the military unit of Elani, Sverdlovsk region. According to the E1.ru portal, on November 4, his body was found under the windows of the headquarters.
A 22-year-old young man joined the army after being expelled from university. In the unit, he was left at headquarters as a person who understood computers. During his five months of service, Bulatov did not complain about the conditions.
Relatives of the soldiers believe that his death occurred under strange circumstances, and the version of suicide is not true. According to them, Artem made plans after returning from the army, and on the day of his death he was talking with a friend and was in a good mood.
Representatives of the unit told the soldier’s parents that he had had an emotional breakdown, the reasons for which they did not talk about.
State Duma deputy Maxim Ivanov said that the investigation does not see any crime in the death of the conscript.
