First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs Svetlana Zhurova, in an interview with Lenta.ru, said that she considers the main irritant in relations between Russia and the United States.
“The main irritant is that foreign publics launch information stuffing about the possibility of a nuclear war. This worries people a lot,” the MP said.
She also added that relations between the countries are also deteriorating due to sanctions.
“Basically, sanctions are what divides us. Well, now it’s Ukraine,” Zhurova said.
Earlier, the Public News Service wrote that the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova spoke about the unsuccessful attempt to carry out a coup d’état in Germany.
