The expert spoke as follows: “The amount of compensation will depend on the injury that a person received in a fall. Only for causing harm to health, you can sue from 20 to 100 thousand rubles or more – this amount includes the cost of medicines and medical services.
Responsibility for causing harm to health should be assumed by the organization or person through whose fault the incident occurred. To receive compensation, the victim must call an ambulance, the police, and also go to court.
