  • 250 g flour;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil, refined;
  • 150 ml of boiling water;
  • 500 g cherries.

How to cook:

  1. Sift flour and mix with a pinch of salt. Add two tablespoons of oil, mix.
  2. Make a well and, stirring with a spoon, pour in all the boiling water.
  3. Knead the dough with a spoon, then with your hands. Cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove pits from cherries. Divide the dough into two parts, remove the second under the film.
  5. Roll into a sausage, cut with a knife into equal pieces. Each roll out.
  6. Put two cherries and half a tsp. Sahara. Pinch the edges.
  7. Cook at medium boil in salted boiling water for 10 minutes.
