Earlier it became known that the Japanese authorities expressed their intention to send an invitation to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to participate in an online format at the G7 summit. The event will take place May 19-21 in Hiroshima.
Media representatives also learned that, according to Tokyo, the speech of the Ukrainian leader at the summit will make it possible to acquaint the leaders of the G7 countries with the current situation. It is noted that the coordination of G7 actions on Ukraine is among the important steps in the process of preparing for a possible conflict that could flare up around Taiwan.
