The editor-in-chief of the Nur newspaper, Bayram Abdulaev, took part in the Immortal Regiment in Moscow.

“For the first time I take part in the Immortal Regiment in Moscow. I took with me photographs of my fellow villagers, relatives who took part in the battles in the Great Patriotic War. Those people who are depicted in the photographs are heroes who have returned from the front. Among them, my uncle, Abdullaev Sherif, who voluntarily went to the front, took part in the liberation of Czechoslovakia, reached Berlin, another uncle, Radjabov Saidakhmed, who took part in the Battle of Stalingrad, was wounded and returned home. Another of my relatives, Babaev Khaibula, also a participant in the war, served in Murmansk, and Kasumov Kasum, like the rest, was awarded orders and medals, ”Abdulaev shared.
