The 21-year-old victim said that she was held captive for two weeks by a 24-year-old Ufa man. He regularly beat her, doctors diagnosed the girl with serious injuries.
“The Chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin, instructed the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Bashkortostan, Vladimir Vladimirovich Arkhangelsky, to submit a report on the progress and results of the procedural audit, placing it under control in the central office of the department,” the press service said in a statement.
