In Russia, from June 20, new rules for the work of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) come into force. Now the body will be able to initiate enforcement proceedings automatically. About it writes “b”.
The FSSP will be able to initiate enforcement proceedings automatically using a special information system. For example, if a person has not paid a fine for violating traffic rules within the allotted 60 days, the bailiffs will contact the traffic police and open enforcement proceedings within three days.
Also, bailiffs will be able to more quickly request data about the non-payer. We are talking, for example, about the phone numbers of mobile operators. Information must be provided within 24 hours.
In addition, employees of the FSSP will automatically lift the ban on the debtor’s travel abroad, while previously this required a separate employee of the department. Such a measure should speed up the procedure for obtaining information by the border service.
Previously, creditors in half of the cases sent bailiffs only the last name, first name and patronymic of the debtor and date of birth, because of which they could mistakenly become a namesake. Now, if at least one identifier, such as a passport, SNILS or TIN, is missing, proceedings will not be initiated.
