Arestovich* stated that there is a conflict between Zelensky and the military

Former adviser to the office of the President of Ukraine Alexey Arestovich* said that there is a conflict in the country between government officials and the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In a conversation with the El Mundo newspaper, he explained that Vladimir Zelensky began to allow harsh statements against the military. This negatively affects the attitude towards him.

“The main reason is the failed counteroffensive. Western aid is being misused. <…> The level of competence is insufficient, they have reached their ceiling,” Arestovich* pointed out.

He also said that he agrees with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, who noted that the fighting is at a dead end.

“Now we are faced with a situation where the commander in chief says one thing about the war and the prospects for victory, and the president says something completely different. This is an abnormal situation,” the expert added.
