Director of the Institute for the Study of Contemporary Politics Anton Orlov proposed relieving the pressure on resort routes in the summer using preferential corridors. About it writes RT.

The political scientist noted that with the beginning of the summer holiday season, the load on the M-4 Don highway increases significantly. According to him, the peak of holiday travel occurs in July – August. As a result, many kilometers of traffic jams arise.

Anton Orlov believes that the problem can be solved by creating special temporary corridors in which cars from different districts could take advantage of a 50% discount on toll sections of the M-4 highway.
