Commander of the Ukrainian Ground Forces Colonel General Alexander Syrsky thinks it should not be underestimated Russians. He spoke about this in an interview with the publication Economist.
“The Russians are not idiots. They are not weak. Anyone who underestimates (them) is going to defeat,” he said.
