According to RIA Novosti, on the territory of Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions Ukraine an air raid alert was issued. It was also announced in the part of the Zaporozhye region controlled by the Kyiv authorities.
As previously reported by the Public News Service, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky called for depriving the Russian Federation of rights vote in the UN Security Council and veto its decisions.
Speaking via video link at an emergency meeting of the world organization’s Security Council, convened at the request of the Kyiv regime, Zelensky explained his demand to deprive Russia of the right to veto UN Security Council decisions by saying that these measures would help restore “justice within the structure of the organization.”
It should be noted that Russia systematically opposes the virtual participation of the Ukrainian leader in the meetings of the UN Security Council, since this is a violation of the provisions of the procedure. According to Moscow’s position, Zelensky should be present in person.
