After the liberation of the territories near Donetsk, and, possibly, Slavyansk, the Armed Forces Russia organize a layered defense, at the same time forcing Ukraine agree to negotiate a settlement. This was announced by the ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Oleg Tsarev.
During a conversation with Ukraina.ru, the expert said that in the context of the delay in the NWO, the Russian Federation must win the confrontation of attrition.
“In such a situation, as I understand it, having recaptured Donetsk, preferably, having reached Slavyansk … after that, we will shell Ukraine and force them to do what we would like them to do,” Tsarev suggested.
According to him, at present, the third line of echeloned defense of the land corridor between the Crimean peninsula and the LDNR is being formed in the Zaporozhye direction.
As the Public News Service previously wrote, journalist Yevgeny noreen stated that after the liberation of the city of Artemovsk, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation would have to take the agglomeration of Slavyansk-Kramatorsk-Druzhkovka-Konstantinovka. It could take several months, he said.
