Students’ performance and teachers’ achievements were assessed in the selection process.


The results of the School of the Year 2022 competition were summed up in Grozny. It was held in several rounds, for participation in which 60 applications were received from educational organizations of the republic. Only ten schools were allowed to pass the tests.

The competition for the title of the best school in the Chechen Republic ended in Grozny. According to its results, the first place was taken by the Mathematical School No. 1 named after Kh.I. Ibragimov (Grozny), the second place was awarded to the Linguistic School named after Yu.D. Desheriev (Grozny), the press service of the mayor’s office of the republican capital reported. It is noted that the competition was held in two rounds. During the first, the expert council evaluated the video of schools, scientific and methodological materials that were submitted in the form of an article, and self-diagnosis of the educational organization.

60 schools took part in this stage, but only ten were admitted to the main competition, five of which are located in Grozny. In the final, school representatives defended the existing effective managerial or pedagogical practice, and also solved case tasks.

When choosing the best school, the jury focused on such indicators as student performance, teachers’ achievements, the implementation of new projects, the conditions for organizing an educational space, extracurricular and career guidance activities, a system for assessing the quality of educational results, etc.

Formerly online edition “Teacher’s newspaper” reportedthat the best students of the city of Yakutsk were awarded scholarships. In the Ivanovo region awarded gifted children for success in 2022.
