He was found guilty under Article 132 (“Violent acts of a sexual nature”) of the Criminal Code RF. After his arrest, the convict immediately confessed to everything.
According to investigators, from February to April 2021, the young man met girls aged 8 to 12 years, began corresponding with them, introducing himself as a 14-year-old boy, and asked them to photograph intimate parts of their bodies and then send him the images. In response, he sent pornographic photographs from the Internet.
Matvey said that he liked looking at the photos he received. However, he does not remember the exact number of girls by correspondence. The investigation is aware of six minors from BarnaulNew Urengoy, ChelyabinskVolgograd, Smolensk and Murmansk regions.
Previously in St. Petersburg court sentenced to three years in prison for 22-year-old Georgy Tolokonnikov for indecent correspondence with a 12-year-old girl. Tolokonnikov worked as a sound engineer at the school.
