A resident of the Sarajevo district was deprived of his license for drunk driving

A resident of the village of Krivskoe, Sarajevo district, was deprived of his rights for two years. He was also sentenced to 200 hours of compulsory work. Such a verdict was issued by the Sarajevo District Court. The man was found guilty under Art. 264.1 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

Court spokesman Elena Belova:

“After being stripped of his driver’s license in 2020 for drunk driving, the 33-year-old young man got drunk again. By car Chevrolet Lacetti on April 8 this year, he arrived at the regional center, where he was stopped by the traffic police. They escorted him to an official car and, in the presence of attesting witnesses, checked him on a breathalyzer. The reading of the device is 0.750 milligrams of alcohol per liter of exhaled air. The police removed the man from driving.

At the hearing, the defendant fully admitted his guilt.
