The museum announced a contract, according to which it will be necessary to equip a canopy, a room, two guest rooms in the house, one guest room in the attic, a kitchen with a working Russian stove, a bathroom, and an underground floor for storing food.
The project also involves the creation of a utility yard with a chicken coop and a pen for small livestock. In the common area of the house it is necessary to place an open poultry house, a shed for storing equipment, a shed for storing fodder for poultry and livestock, a barbecue area (summer kitchen), an ice house, a food court for 20-30 people, gazebos with a thatched (reed) roof, a garden, a vegetable garden , road and path network.
The deadline for completing the work is September 30, 2024. The contract value is 5.7 million rubles.
