Citizens with European, Bulgarian and Ukrainian flags tonight took part in the march for freedom and peace “No to racism” through the central streets of Sofia on Europe Day.

The first two rows of citizens wear long ribbons of blue and yellow cloth, symbolizing the Ukrainian flag.

The people declare themselves against “Russian fascism” and demand from all parties in the government and from President Rumen Radev a firm position in support of Ukraine and the civilizational choice of European Bulgaria.

Before the start of the procession, those gathered in front of the Presidency chanted “Resignation” and “Moscow is not here” and demanded that the Russian ambassador to Bulgaria, Eleonora Mitrofanova, be recalled.
